Universal Tile Ventilators are systems within themselves. The tile ventilators are individual entities that when two units are placed opposite each other become an integral part of the tile ventilator system. Although seemingly a very simple product much thought and effort has been involved in incorporating the principles of fluid dynamics – (convection, the venturi effect and wind driven airflows) to work within the system, in other words – the system works very effectively when one ventilator opposes the other, becoming the system.
So with the tile ventilator system being used with two tile ventilators opposing each other working as an integral system you need no other type of inducement such as eaves vents etc. If you do not use the system as designed for example just wanting to use the outlets with eaves vents the system will be compromised and the end result of moving the ambient air throughout the roofspace to cool the home in summer and keep the roofspace dry 24/7 365 days a year will not be achieved.
Best results are achieved by using the tile ventilators as a system, as so designed.
