TESTIMONIALS ON WEBSITES

Are testimonials on websites legitimate customer testimonials, or are they simply a fabrication of the websites owners?

It’s easy to work out whether testimonials are legitimate or not, are they salesey, are they constantly purveying the qualities of the staff or maybe contractors to the company and/or dribbling on with the same repetitious content? Or are they candid, do they exhibit first and foremost the effect of what your product has overcome for them and the positive experience your company has been for them?

The first question is obvious – website testimonials that prattle on about everything except the experience of the effect the product has had on the lives of their customers, these are generally fabricated testimonials, however question 2 exhibits the traits for legitimate testimonials.
